How does a typical engagement start?
We start with a discovery conversation (no cost), share a short proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing, and agree on success indicators before work begins.
How long does a consulting engagement last?
Focused assessments take 2–6 weeks. Implementation engagements run 3–12 months with defined milestones. We stay engaged through adoption — not just the report.
Do you sub-contract or deliver the work yourselves?ent last?
Our senior consultants lead delivery directly. We bring in associates only for specialist scope (for example, sector M&E or niche technical work) with the client informed up-front.
